The issue with the status quo in marketing today, is that is based on a 1920’s model, when limited brands ruled the roost.
Then for a while, Direct Marketing started to rule the roost, especially as consumer access became less brand dominated, with access via Direct Mail, Press & Media (i.e. affordable TV adverts) and then the Internet, which levelled the paying field, with almost anyone being able to knock out a professional looking website.
But as we all become overloaded with multiple marketing messages all saying “Buy me, buy me cheap” we became more discerning and more selective.
So these days, buyers are demanding a wide range of choices, plus the right to match their beliefs to the vendors. Plus taking a lot longer to decide on their purchases, making the sales pipeline possibly to to 20 touches and over 12 weeks or more.
But the status quo of marketing has failed to update to match this paradigm shift. But now the OE Framework addresses and solves this conundrum, easily, quickly and efficiently.
